Is there a gurantee? How long?

There is a one-year warranty in the event that there is a defect in the mechanical part due to normal use.

Is there a warranty on the exterior parts?

No, Exterior parts are not covered by the warranty.

Does your company accept repairs?

Yes. It is possible. Regardless of whether it is under warranty or not, as long as parts are available, we can handle weekly repairs. However, shipping charges will be charged separately.

If the product you receive is defective ,How should I do?

If a "defective" product arrives, we will promptly replace or return it.

Regarding product returns and exchanges

We will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or the product is different from what you ordered.

Do you accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as ``It's not what I imagined'' or ``I ordered it incorrectly''?

If you return the product and there is no problem with the product, we will refund the amount minus administrative fees (bank transfer fees, etc.) and round-trip shipping costs. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both domestically and internationally.

Do you accept battery replacements?

Yes, we do. Our products use common watch batteries, so considering the round-trip shipping costs, we recommend replacing them at your local watch shop.
