Refund policy
Please carefully check your order upon arrival.
As a general rule, we only accept returns for items damaged during shipping, incorrectly shipped items, etc. We do not accept returns due to customer reasons.
No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after one week from the date of delivery.
We will bear the shipping costs in the event of damage, quality problems, or shipping errors.
In case of quality problems, damage, or other defective items, please contact us via info@montre-roroi.jp within one week of receipt. Please return the product, and we will send a replacement. We will bear the return shipping costs.
If you are still waiting to receive the replacement product or have any problems, such as not receiving the refunded money, please let us know by email.
